Incidents

At 2.15pm today (30), crews from Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard and Toddington attended a grass fire on the A5 in Hockcliffe. The fire had spread to undergrowth, involving approximately six acres of grass and undergrowth.

At 9:52pm on Friday (27), a crew from Biggleswade was called to The Grange, Lower Caldecote, to rescue a cat.
 

At 8:38pm on Friday (27), a crew from Dunstable was called to a bonfire in the front garden of a property on Marlin Road, Luton.

 

At 7:53pm on Friday (27), a crew from Bedford was called to a small fire in a rear garden on Rockingham Walk, Bedford.
 

At 6:47pm on Friday (27), a crew from Dunstable was called to a shed fire on East Hill Road, Houghton Regis.

 

At 5:58pm on Friday (27), crews from Dunstable and Luton were called to a grass fire on Kestrel Way, Luton.
 

At 5:57pm on Friday (27), a crew from Luton was called to a domestic fire on Roman Road, Luton.

 

At 5:20pm on Friday (27), crews from Biggleswade and Sandy were called to a fire in uncut grass near Furzenhall Road, Biggleswade.

 

At 2:39pm on Friday (27), a crew from Kempston was called to a scrub and tree line fire on Postley Road, Kempston.

 

At 12:50pm on Friday (27), a crew from Luton was called to a rubbish fire in the back of a refuse lorry on Saint Joseph’s Close, Luton.
 

At 9.52pm on Thursday (26) crews were called to a bonfire close to standing crop in Dunstable Road, Totternhoe. 
 

At 4.20pm on Thursday (26) crews were called to a large field fire in West Hill, Aspley Guise.
