At 9.38pm on Wednesday (17) crews from Bedford, Kempston and Leighton Buzzard were called to a small kitchen fire caused by cooking at a property in Carrick Road, Bedford.

At 9.38pm on Wednesday (17) crews from Bedford, Kempston and Leighton Buzzard were called to a small kitchen fire caused by cooking at a property in Carrick Road, Bedford.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel and thermal imaging cameras to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
