Domestic building fire

At 5.12pm on Tuesday (11) crews from Luton and Stopsley were called to a fire in a two-storey  property in Bollingbrooke Road, Luton.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus a hose reels and a covering jet to extinguish the fire and fans to clear the smoke. A thermal imaging camera was also used to check for hotspots. Resident was advised to contact gas and electric providers.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
