Domestic building fire

At 2.17pm on Sunday (23) crews from Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable were called to a slow cooker fire in a property in Delamere Gardens, Linslade. 
Fire out on arrival however, firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots. hose reel and a covering jet to extinguish the fire and fans to clear the smoke. One adult female resident was observed by FRS for smoke inhalation. 
The cause of the fire was accidental.
