At 5.55pm on Wednesday (17) crews from Kempston and Bedford were called to a small fire on caused by oily rags in a tumble dryer in a property in Main Road, Biddenham.

At 5.55pm on Wednesday (17) crews from Kempston and Bedford were called to a small fire on caused by oily rags in a tumble dryer in a property in Main Road, Biddenham.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reels and jets to extinguish the fire and fans to clear the smoke.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
