Caravan fire

At 4.34pm on Thursday (18) a crew from Dunstable was called to a caravan fire including a propane cylinder in Watling Street, Hockliffe.    

Firefighters vented the propane cylinder and cooled it to ambient temperature. In addition, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hot spots.  Police implemented road closure and incident was left with the Police.      

The cause of the fire was accidental.
