At 2.59pm on Saturday (27) crews from Kempston and Bedford were called to a haystack on fire in Church Hill, Ravensden.
Firefighters used hose reels and stack drags extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
