At 1.52pm on Friday (9) a crew from Kempston was called to a fire in the open in Church Lane, Riseley.

At 1.52pm on Friday (9) a crew from Kempston was called to a fire in the open in Church Lane, Riseley.
On arrival the crew discovered a stubble fire measuring approximately 130m by 10m. Firefighters used hose reel and beaters to extinguish the fire before returning to station.
The fire started accidentally.
