Domestic building fire

At 02.19am on Monday (12) a crew from Luton was called to a house fire on the ground floor of a property in Hart Hill Lane, Luton.    

Firefighters used hose reels and jets to extinguish the fire and fans to clear the smoke which had spread to other floors in the property. A thermal imaging camera was also used to check for hotspots. FRS isolated electricity and gas to the property.  

The cause of the fire was accidental.
