At 2.34pm on Monday (12) crews from Kempston and Shefford were called to a combine harvester on fire in Bedford Road, Brogborough.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reels and jets to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
