Fire in the open

At 10.13pm on Friday (16) a crew from Kempston was called to a skip containing wood chippings on fire in Green Lane, Stewartby.    

Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hotpsots.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
