Domestic building fire

At 07.55am on Wednesday (28) crews from Bedford and Kempston were called to a garage fire in a detached property in Rotten Row, Riseley.      

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel and covering jet to extinguish the fire. Fans were used to clear smoke and a thermal imaging camera to check for hot spots.  

The cause of the fire was accidental.
