At 11.03pm on Sunday (6) crews from Sandy, Biggleswade, Bedford and Kempston were called to a road traffic collision on the A1 Northbound Sandy to the Blackcat roundabout.
One male adult was extricated from a car by Firefighters and was left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
