Building roof fire

At 9.51pm on Tuesday (12) crews from Stopsley, Bedford and Kempston were called to a roof fire at a property in The Lane, Wyboston.  

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel and jets to extinguish the fire, fans to clear the smoke and a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
