Domestic Building Fire

At 9.05pm on Saturday (11) crews from Biggleswade, Sandy, Stopsley, Bedford and Dunstable were called to a chimney fire in an external single storey outbuilding in Poppy Hill, Henlow.      

Firefighters used hose reels, a triple ex ladder and other tools to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
