Domestic Building Fire

At 12.02pm on Saturday (15) crews from Luton, Stopsley, Dunstable, Shefford, Leighton Buzzard, Potton and Toddington, were called to a three-storey detached house on fire in Brompton Gardens, Luton.        

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used three hose reels, a covering jet and safety jet to extinguish the fire. Electricity was isolated, gas supply capped and water isolated. Four cats were rescued from the scene.  

The cause of the fire was accidental.
