At 1.35pm on Wednesday (26), a crew from Shefford was called to a car fire which had spread to a hedge in Hitchin Road, Fairfield.

At 1.35pm on Wednesday (26), a crew from Shefford was called to a car fire which had spread to a hedge in Hitchin Road, Fairfield.
Firefighters, wearing breathing apparatus, used a hose reel to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
