If you do not adequately address each and every one of the criteria required it may not be possible to shortlist you. The desirable qualifications for this role are;
- Formal strategic management qualification or relevant degree
- Relevant professional qualification/membership of Professional Institute. Examples may include IFE/CIPD/ILM/CMI
- Skills for Justice Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command in Fire & Rescue Services
